I’ve lived here for a month and I really like it. I feel safe with the gates parking lot and also gates going into the apartments themselves. It’s always very quiet here aside from hearing my neighbors sometimes but that’s with every apartment I’ve ever lived in. Lauren is very attentive and helpful and Armin who does all the repairs is very professional and gets the work done super fast. Most the time within 24hrs! He’s great. 😊 Oh and also there’s NO BUGS! That was a big deal because apparently (based on reviews) a lot of places around here deal with bugs. Not here tho! I’d be out of here in a heartbeat the minute I saw a cockroach. 🤮. So, so far so good! 💪🏻 Oh. The only thing I would improve it getting the sidewalks power washed more often as well as some more gym equipment and better mirrors in the gym. That’s about it. Not a huge deal tho.

I just signed the lease with Arcadia Gardens and it was a seamless process, thanks to Lauren ⭐ She kept me updated every step of the way. The final numbers were the same as the ones reported on the initial quote. One great perk is that Arcadia Gardens partners with FlexDeposit, which can save you funds at move in, if you're eligible for the service. How this works is that instead of requiring a security deposit, Arcadia Gardens offers the option to pay a one-time, non-refundable fee for enrollment in the surety bond program, about $50. Under the surety bond, FlexDeposit promises to pay the landlord on your behalf for damages owed at the end of the lease agreement (within the surety bond amount issued on your name), such as a breach from the resident not upholding the financial obligations in the lease agreement or if you fail to return the apartment in the same or similar condition as to when you moved in. In case FlexDeposit has to pay Arcadia Gardens for damages at move out, then only at that time you'll have to reimburse FlexDeposit.

My experience here at Arcadia Garden has been good. Been here for 6 years the up keep here is ok. The residents here are quiet and respectful when I need something fixed the maintenance has been prompted. So I would recommend living here at Arcadia Garden.

They were very supportive in coordinating move in from another state and have diligently worked on rectifying all issues to ensure that the experience is left with a positive impact on quality of life at Arcadia Gardens. The move in process is seamless and management is proactive regarding the cleanliness of the property and any current or upcoming anticipated maintenance problems. I have lived at Arcadia Gardens since 2020 when I moved from California. I could not have chose a better place to live as a first time Phoenix resident. I first moved into a studio apartment and later decided to move into a 1 bedroom. Moving into Arcadia Gardens was the best decision for multiple reasons. First off, it is very central area and everything is very close by. Freeway, grocery stores right down the street, Biltmore district right around, 10 minutes or less from downtown Phoenix, 15 min away from Tempe and old town Scottsdale. I really can’t complain about the location, everything is very accessible which I love. I also love the gated community, in the few instances that the gate has had issues it was very quickly fixed. Never had any issues with parking or any issues with any neighbors. When I first moved in Rosemary was a manager, she was great. Lauren is our current property manager and she is just amazing!!! Profesional, friendly, efficient, communicative, I can go on and on. Not to mention the guy in charge of maintenance (so sorry I forget his name;( ) he is very professional, knows what he’s doing and gets things done very fast. I have only had 3 maintenance issues since living here at Arcadia Gardens since 2020 and when I told Lauren about it they were quickly fixed within less than 24 hours. No need to remind or follow up which I really appreciate the efficiency and quick response. The overall property maintenance is great as well. Landscaping every week, pool is always clean, on-site grills are always clean, clubhouse and gym are always clean and well kept. My only complaint would be the occasional dog pee and poo smell from certain neighbors who don’t walk their dogs to the designated dog area and just let their dogs right out their door to do their business. However, that is more of an owner issue than it is a complex, manager or maintenance issue. Even the designated dog area is well kept. Thankfully maintenance does power wash hallways. Overall I am very happy to still be a resident at Arcadia Gardens, I feel very safe here. If you are interested in Arcadia Gardens I 1000000% recommend you come book a tour. It is a smaller complex but I absolutely love it!!

Lauren is an awesome property manager. She’s so helpful and compassionate. That has been so hard to come by these days, especially for a good price. Other apartment buildings in the area are only slightly cheaper or the same price, but you’ll probably be dealing with a property manager just trying to take your money and manipulate you with empty promises. If you can, I highly recommend just spending that extra 100-200 dollars here, she has made it truly worth it.

After 4 months, i have never seen a bug and i have never heard any noise from any other resident. The pool and gym are amazing! Great place to live. Excellent management and maintenance. Quiet , secure, safe and excellent amenities. Great location, excellent pool and gym. Fantastic value. Simply a great place to live.

This has truly been a five star experience moving into Arcadia Gardens! Lauren has been nothing short of GREAT at getting things done for me upon signing my lease. From the moment I was welcomed for my confirmed appointment on Zillow, it felt like Arcadia was home. I rented a one bedroom apt, and I love the open floor plan and private enclosed patio adjoining my bedroom. The residence is secured at all times. I’ve used the laundry facility; it is clean, and it is a quick and easy process. There is a concierge service available for wash and fold too!

Moved in a month ago from out of state and Lauren made the process super easy. She’s great at what she does so if good management is what you’re looking for this is the place. The complex is also nice with most units having been renovated. Only downside about the apartments themselves is how thin the walls are but from my experience the neighbors tend to be pretty quiet. Overall I’ve had a great experience so far and I would definitively recommend!

Not going to lie, I’m heartbroken to be moving from here after two years. Me and a bunch of my neighbors were priced out due to rents being raised $200+ per month. I feel this apartment has limitations that don’t justify this massive increase: extremely noisy 32nd street, chicken neighborhood, unit size, and increase of required monthly service fees. They also tried planning a bunch of community events; maybe others liked it but I just want a place to live with no expectations. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to call home. I didn’t see a single bug the entire time I was here, apartment is of acceptable quality, and the neighbors were so nice/quiet. Maintenance was also quick to service. Lastly, I’ve been disrespected by the leasing agent and that—aside from cost—was the other main reason I left. She said if I couldn’t afford the apartment, I should’ve asked for a raise at work. Ma’am, I did get a raise at work last year, but my rent went up 18% at last renewal as well. She has also rolled her eyes during our conversations and plainly said “the apartments are nice, no?” Not nicer than it was 2 years ago. Finally, she did call me a few weeks before my lease ended offering me the original rate I wanted. I stated that I would say yes if they would give me a $200 credit to reimburse me for my new apartment’s application fee. They denied that. So anyways, this is why there are 15+ units available upon my departure. They really didn’t even try to keep current tenants or give respect. This was Tina, who is no longer employed there, but the agent before her was the exact same.

I lived here for a year 2021-2022 and this is one of the best apartments I’ve rented. Here are the PROS..Super quiet and clean complex beautiful lights at night.Respectful neighbors. Well kept scenery. Clean gym and pool. They even have vending machines and food truck nights. Awesome friendly management Rosemary and Tina were sweet. New stainless steel appliances, white counters super classy and modern. Close to airport, grocery stores, shopping. CONS … people don’t pick up after dogs waste sometimes and it smells because it’s close to the grill area which is not very appetizing lol Rent increases a bit absurd for a studio 1,350 but that’s just the market currently. And last.. the area is close to sketchy homeless addicts on one side and then on the other side is Scottsdale where it’s gets fancy, shopping etc. It never caused me any issues but I just wish I would’ve known that moving from out of state since I like to walk I didn’t feel the most safe. But other than that I would recommend living here! The pros out way the cons.

We just moved out of Arcadia Gardens and this is my review: Tina, the apartment manager is fantastic at her job and was always very responsive, kind, etc. Similarly, Cedric the maintenance tech was very helpful and responsive. If there was ever an issue, it was handled immediately- which I think is pretty rare for apartments. I'm a landlord myself and was VERY impressed by the management! There is more homelessness in neighboring streets which is a slight draw down, but the community was safe and we never had any issues with other residents. The current rental rates feel slightly high to me relative to the rest of the market, but there are a lot of great attributes to this property and the management.

I love living here. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The complex is very safe and clean. The pool is awesome, as well as the community area and the gym. Tina is incredible. She cares about the residents here, and always goes above and beyond to help with any maintenance request. Hands down I am proud to live here, and I love having friends over, they always comment on what a cute property it is and how nice it is. The shared laundry can be issues elsewhere, however the machines are kept clean, and the laundry room is cleaned frequently. Seriously an awesome place to live.

I really enjoy living at this small complex. Great neighbors, clean complex grounds, BBQ area and nice sized pool, with monthly meetups organized by apartment manager Tina. She is doing an excellent job since starting with AGA in Jan ‘22. She has made sure to keep the laundry rooms as clean as possible and has made sure trash dumpster are accessible, both were issues previously. She has also made sure to spruce up areas that were somewhat neglected before, like lighting, overgrown bushes, and the entrance gates. As I said this has been a great place to live. I will say that some of the surrounding community isn’t the nicest looking, it is a convenient location to shopping, dining, and close to pretty much anything you want to do here in Phoenix.

I moved from the PNW to Phoenix just over a month ago to Acardia Gardens Apartments, This place is awesome. I have felt welcomed by the staff and my neighbors. Everyone here is friendly, the property is well kept, it’s quiet, my place is everything I could have asked for. The rent is reasonable, Tina and Cedric on staff are beautiful people who care and really do their best to make this place home for everyone here. I highly recommend living here if you can get in!

Other than a not-as-pleasant neighbor, I have zero complaints. Any concerns I’ve had have been addressed promptly by Rosemary and Sergio, always making sure that you are taken care of.

The phrase look's are deceiving suites this place perfectly. I would have never believed that this remake was a Knights Inn a couple of years ago. Its Beautiful, when get passed the security gates you'll be amazed a what you see. That all I will say u have experience it your self.

Been living here for almost a year now. It has been great overall. The location is situated very close to a lot of popular businesses (Costco, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, Best Buy, etc.) The surrounding area may not be the most pretty but it’s very pleasant inside the apartment complex. The amount of plants and flowers gives it a refreshing luxury feel. There are plenty of cameras around the complex and locked gates so I feel pretty safe. It’s also situated across an elementary school. Gym and swimming pool is adequate. Appliances are of good quality and are relatively new. All of this in a very affordable price point. In terms of noise, the walls are quite solid and provides decent insulation. If your room is situated near the main road however, you will be exposed to car noises and frequent sirens. Rosemary was very helpful throughout the lease signing process and answers questions promptly. All neighbors I’ve come across are nice and respectful.

You won't regret choosing Arcadia Gardens as your new home. I moved here from out of state a year ago, and Rosemary has been a stellar manager from the beginning and every day since! She takes care of the property with detail, compassion, promptness and mindfulness. If there has ever been a question, I get feedback that same day. Sergio is one of the best maintenance staff I have come across. He can handle most any situation that arises within your unit and the premises. It's always clean, well taken care of. The neighbors are courteous and welcoming to each other. No noise complaints. Close to all the stores, errands I could think of, as well as the 202. I could go on and on, but just stop by and see for yourself. :)

This was a good move. It's difficult to find clean yet affordable housing. I was pleased to find that the clean appartments at Arcadia Gardens are reasonably priced - especially for the area. Rosemary is super helpful. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly. With my busy schedule, Arcadia Gardens is a nice quiet place to come home to after a long day at work!

I just moved into this apartment complex a week ago and has been wonderful. The tenants are quiet and very considerate of each other so far. It feels very safe as the gates are locked at night. The grounds are lush and very well maintained. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated with nice features. The manager Rosemary is a sweetheart and very helpful. Some cons are: it’s true, the walls are very thin as well as there isn’t any guest parking but neither of those are a huge issue for me.
