The Resident either puts in a work order online or through the office. Emergency maintenance issues are handled immediately.
If it's during business hours, the office can let you back in. If it's after office hours, you must call a locksmith.
Certain items such as hanging pictures with nails must be approved by management. Holiday decorations must only stay up during the holidays.

The screening comes back immediately, accept if there is any information pending from out of state. Then, the screening takes a few hours to come back.
